RoHS 自我宣告书(RoHS Declaration of Conformity)
一、(深圳市宜源科技有限公司)（以下称本公司）特此保证售予贵公司之所有产品，皆需符合欧盟2011/65/EU及修订指令(EU)2015/863之规范要求。
(ETERNAL Tech) declares that all products sold to the company, are complied with European Union RoHS Directive (2011/65/EUand (EU)2015/863) requirement.
二、我司部分产品中的铅（Pb）被欧盟RoHS指令2011/65/EU豁免，相应豁免条文（请以英文原文为准）。《ANNEX Ⅲ 7（a）》：高熔点焊料中的铅(既铅含量等于或大于85%的铅基合金焊料)。
The lead (PB) in our products is exempted from the EU RoHS directive 2011 / 65 / EU, The corresponding exemption provisions (please refer to the original English version) .《 Annex Ⅲ 7 (a)》:Lead in high melting point solder (i.e. lead based alloy solder with lead content equal to or greater than 85%).
三、本公司同意因本保证书或与本保证书相关事宜有所争议时，双方宜友好协商，达成协议。
(ETERNAL Tech) agrees that both parties shall settle any dispute arising from or in connection with this Declaration of Conformity by friendly negotiations.
注：此声明基于（代工厂）提交SGS的测试报告或其它第三方合格资质检测机构出具检测报告。
Note: This statement is based on the test report submitted by (OEM) to SGS or the test report issued by other third-party qualified testing institutions.
